Actually, grey eyes can often have the appearance of changing color, too, because they very easily reflect other colors. I have grey eyes and they often look like different colors depending on what I'm wearing that day, but if you take several pictures where my eyes look difference colors and use like a Photoshop eyedropper on them they're always the exact same color. Primarily green overall, but my left eye has grey and blue while my right eye has a bit of hazel mixed in. Generally, just very odd.
