Rather disturbing to see so few gals in the mix. If anyone should be interested in Libertarian ideology...... oh well. Guess they prefer safety and security under the blanket of big government.

If giving women the vote is bad for liberalism (which seems to be what the former comments imply) then why are those nations where women still lack the vote amoungst the most oppressive in the world?

On many counts our age is in fact more liberal. If you were gay, black, homosexual or female prior to women getting the vote society wasn't such a free place.

"How bizarre - I always thought libertarianism should be particularly appealing to women."

Not sure why you would think that. Libertarianism died in the western world when Women's Suffrage came about. Coincidence? Many people think it's not.

At time of posting we have 56 voters, of whom 51 are male and 2 are female, are the other 3 of indeterminate sex?

Am I the only female?? How bizarre - I always thought libertarianism should be particularly appealing to women.
