It's a shame that the talent that plays in Tim's leagues has to deal with the inefficient way that the leagues are run. Never a pre-set schedule, field availability is always an issue, getting a return call is almost impossible. If anyone comes along who could efficiently run a league that teams could "count on", the SCFFA would be history. It will happen....there's always somebody out there bigger and better who can offer a better product and thus pull the talent out. Competition from a different league (and it's in the works) will put an end to the ineffectiveness, and overall BS that comes with having to deal with Tim's leagues.
