I would like to see more books and course which use the Enneagram personality system to devolp characters, their dialogues and interactions. I find it a straight-foward system of undestanding personality types in a easy manner. I've read many good book on the Enneagram and I can say I master it, yet when it comes to applying it to novels there are only a few books which address the issue.
Adapting the Enneagram to novel writing will require an expert novelist who can discern how to implement it. Understanding the Enneagram is not enough to use it for character creations, therefore I hope that in the future more writers books will include it as a sytem of reference.
I've bought a software for generating characters with the Enneagram, it's ok but it does not really go beyond the common use of the Enneagram for self-discovery.
