Your photos bought such pleasure to my late father. He was born in stroud but spent most of his life in south east england. While he was in the nursing home in the later stages of his life I shared your pictures with him and he was so excited to see your walks through many of the beautiful spots he remembered as a boy, particulary the Horns. I still look now as I too can remember some of areas from my childhood. Thanks once again

What's up? No new photos since March 5th? I'm an expat living in the USA who is nostalgic for pictures of the English countryside and villages. Thanks for the great site. I hope to drop in on the SC ramblers as a guest one day.

    March 5 was actually a typo - it should have said April 5. Since then our two main photographers have been away. Soon be back to normal!
