Now just take a look at the executive branch of the government, president that is. Bush is the president, right? He been in the office for almost 8 years and when he took office we had a balance budget. How much was gas when he took office  ? how much was a gallon of milk ? How much was a barrel of oil ? how many people lost their homes ? was there a recession ? what was the cost of an ear of corn ? I can go on and on and on and on. Lastly, Bush had experience, Right? My income taxes increased to $3,800 the first year Clinton took office as President though my salary had not increased! If you think the economy is in a crisis now, wait until Obama is President! You may be too young to remember the Carter years... but I remember inflation was a whopping 16% and interest on home loans was 14-16% and there were gas lines 2 miles long!
