From PalmettoPatriot on May 8, 2008 at 3:13 pm. IP Logged, 88.15.114.x Report Abuse Ok, since not many folks are commenting on why they chose their fellow, let me explain my choice. I was torn, naturally - primarily between Dr Hill and the Southern Avenger. I ended up voting for the Southern Avenger simply because he's on the radio and in the papers in Charleston every day and he's on the net in a really big way. I love all the folks on the list (that I know, a few I don't know so well but have heard of their pro-South efforts). Anyhow, that's why I voted for my fellow - because of his effectiveness and outreach. Why did you vote for your fellow???

From Hamp Dews on May 4, 2008 at 10:48 am. IP Logged, 72.173.220.x Report Abuse I had the honor of attending Ringgold Rally and finally met HK. I must say that in all my many years, I have never heard such moving speeches. All of the Patriots on the list have my admiration and respect...yet, listening to HK is almost a spiritual experience. God protect this honourble man.

From Dennis Joyce on May 1, 2008 at 6:27 am. IP Logged, 209.30.205.x Report Abuse I am honored that someone thought I belonged in this list of distinguished gentlemen.
My effectiveness is hampered by my not being able to attend the rallies and make grandiose, rousing speeches nor have I the means to effectively utilize the web to get the word out that we are a nation and must liberate ourselves from the absolute tyranny we are suffering under, today.
If we are to save our progeny, the great men that did make the list must come together and aid those of us attempting to restore the legitimate government of the South, the CSA.
We do not have the time to re-invent the wheel nor can we await the masses to reaffirm our rights. The Republic was founded by about 5% of the population not unanimous consent.
Join the fight or lose your rights, completely.

He definitly has the strongest pro-South voice today.

From Valerie Protopapas on April 30, 2008 at 2:28 pm. IP Logged, 24.46.132.x Report Abuse Polls are fun, but we must not lose sight of the fact that our Cause is like a great choir and choirs don't have many "soloists". Rather, they have a lot of folks singing together in harmony. Some sing the upper registers, some the middle, some the lower, but the music only sounds good if everybody is singing his best. Let's not lose sight of the fact that ONE PERSON saying ONE THING in a serendipitous place may do more good for the movement than a lot of more public involvement. If everybody does his or her best, THE CHOIR and THE CAUSE will benefit. NO ONE'S voice is unimportant or expendable.

From PalmettoPatriot in reply to Valerie Protopapas on April 30, 2008 at 3:08 pm. IP Logged, 88.0.243.x Report Abuse Absolutely, Lady Val! I couldn't agree more.

From PalmettoPatriot on April 30, 2008 at 12:24 pm. IP Logged, 88.7.38.x Report Abuse Sorry that we couldn't list every single pro-South leader today. However, quite a number are represented here from a variety of organizations. All deserve our praise and thanks for taking a stand for Dixie!
