From Litzmeg on June 16, 2009 at 6:04 pm. The two times in my life time (53 years) that top the list of the biggest, most expensive government were under Reagan and Bush II. Obama hopefully will return us to a pay as you go system, also known as tax and spend, and get us away from the barrow and spend policies of the Republicans.
