IP Logged, 205.245.130.x Report Abuse I think there must be a common fund and also all events organized by the Gosthi's must be funded by this common fund. So when events are organized the fund manager is always the central committee. So no question about which Gosthi provided the maximum surplus and which did not. Also, on the same token when a Gosthi organized event doesnt do well on the fund management there are no brickbats. This does put the extra pressure/onus on the Central Committee but I guess it is all in the right path to build a more stronger community.
