From Ram K. Das on April 15, 2008 at 5:32 pm. Events like New Year's Party and Picnics should not be grouped with other Community Events like Ganesh Puja, Saraswati Puja, Ratha Yatra, and the Float. They should be financed fully by the participants and the deficit should not be be covered from the central community fund.
