Posted by Dheeren Bebortha on April 10, 2008 at 3:34 pm. 1. I do not think this poll addresses the basic question "how fund is to be managed and who has the authority to manage it?". I would vote Yes for central fund iff (if and only if) there is a governing body to manage it. 2. I would vote NO if there is no governing body. The individual goshtis should try to balance as much as possible. This is hard, but still manageable. 3. I do not like the name "GOSHTI". It sounds more like clans (KKK.
