From Manoj Sahu on April 10, 2008 at 3:33 pm. "To be or not to be question" came from this "Central Fund" and the following dis-agreement and finger-pointing. I believe Oriyas in Bay Area should come closer and kick-out anything that hinders their unity. Hence, I suggest end this "Central Fund". If you are thinking what to do with the existing money, I say "give it to Jagannath Sthapana", which is a community-effort.
