Not only does APD need a new Police Chief we need to get rid of the entire 5th floor. APD has a lot of rank but very few leaders. The DO AS I SAY, NOT AS I DO attitude has to go. We need leaders that lead by example. I hear a lot of people talk about corruption. I dont think we have Chicago. New Orleans, New York style corruption. What we have is lack of Integrity and Honesty for sure. Darren White needs to have every person of rank take calls one day a month. Not 82 but take calls and write reports. Half the stupid crap we are required to do would then be eliminated and we could get back to being cops.
