The following is my side of the bacon/turkey bacon auemrgnt I have with my sister on a regular basis . reason #1: Turkeys don't have the deliciousness that pork does#2: Turkeys don't have fat bellies needed to make bacon#3: Turkey bacon is mostly thigh meat that is smoked, chopped, processed, dyed, formed, pressed and sliced into strips that resemble traditional pork bacon. (note the use of the word resemble)#4: Turkey bacon has a texture and taste of Beggin' Strips.Give up the turkey bacon . return to Pork. There are leaner Bacon varietals (Canadian, for one . it's 99% lean and comes from a whole loin of pork and minimally processed) Try the Irish Bacon also known as back bacon, which is low in fat too.

I have a Canon point and shoot G40 I think, wich does give me control if I desire but have rarely used those fuctions. Useful for family functions, etc. In my opinion, if your serious about photography you need the full flexibility of DSLR and if affordable 20 MP which the price is coming down fast though the lenses to match the resolution will lag. Since Kodachrome is now a thing of the past is high resolution photography going the same way as audio has from high definition, wide dynamic range to mp3 ?

I don't own a camera phone and don't care if I ever own a camera phone. It rings, I answer it, and that is all the phone I need. I do own two point and shoots and keep the smaller one with me. I seriously doubt I will ever own a DSLR. First their bulky not to mention way out of my budget, and I am not going to be toting those enormous expensive lenses around either.

I always have a camera with me. 100% cell phone And I would say 65% Point and shoot and 50% DSLR. It really depends on were I am going and what kind of photo I want to make.

I virtually always have a DSLR with me, but I do shoot with a PS for site scouting and when it would just not be convenient to break out the 'big gun.' So far, no phone cam gives me what I want as a package, even for casual shooting

While my point and shoot is a better camera than what's in my iPhone, and it's small, I use the iPhone camera for out and about spur of the moment shots. If I want do do anything even close to serious, I drag my DSLR in it's backpack along. That said, I've got some pretty darned good shots from my iPhone Camera.

I use the 8.0mp camera in my Droid X for all my point and shoot photography. The quality is not as good at the point and shoot i have but I cannot directly upload to Facebook, Youtube, etc. with my point and shoot like i can with my Droid X.

I don't have a point and shoot so I've found that as camera phone's get better, I use them more. My present camera phone (Motorola Milestone) has a better camera in it than my first digital camera did.

Use phone cam occasionally to catch something I want to show to someone ... I don't have capability to send pics (won't pay for it). If I did, I might use phone cam more .. but it would never replace my camera!!!

Since I've gotten my camera...it's been the other way around! My camera has pretty much replaced my camera phone...unless I don't have my camera with me!

Although I do not bring my Sony DSCT500 on a daily basis owing to the fact that my iPhone 4 sometimes come in handy, I would still prefer a point and shoot camera. Unless a pocketable camera first with cellphone capabiilities comes out in the market.

My wifes iPhone 4 replaced her Sony Cybershot point and shoot but I do have a Nikon D90 for taking most of our pictures.
