For Heaven's sake! All Frank wants to do is protect the children. Since all of us are the children, we should be thankful. Frank's like a lot of other folks these days. Damn the law, the ends justify the means. Seriously, with all the legal delays, all Melton wants to do is survive until the next election when he will tell us once again how lucky we are to have him available and Farish Street will be swinging any day now. Jackson is beyond offering a viable alternative. We're just the Pothole City looking for an identify at the end of the rainbow.
