From LittleB69 in reply to Randall on July 7, 2008 at 9:57 am. Seems like formatting the HD on a PC and reinserting it into you PS3..will make the PS3 format the disk and boot in 2.40.. Just be advised that you will loose alle current data on the disk. :-(.. but hey.. your PS3 should be working just fine after that surgery.
