The Obama administration gives new meaning to "Going to Hell in a hand basket". America will wake up when the stuff hits the fan. The mid-term election can't come fast enough.

In the 80s I was in a blue collar rock band in southern Illinios (the Ritz Bros.)which wrote and recorded a song called "What's Going On". For the past few months, a line from that song has haunted me, every day: "well it's hard to try and build a child's dreams....promises seem useless when the future's so lean". These words have never rang so true. Oddly there is another line in the song that I used to find rather ill written: "ground zero is here". I don't see it that way, today. The footprint that this travesty is leaving spreads from border to border to border....and, is more devastating than any bomb, in that its reach is far more vast and far more lethal to USA. There is no running from ground zero. Not a speck of what this country once was will remain untouched. BO's ineligibility is only the tip of this ice berg. I find it so incredibly sad that so many can just blindly hand over what so much has been sacrificed to reach. The dreams of great thinkers, those who orchestrated the development of this (once) great country, are being erased by those who choose to not think, to ignore their own accountability, take everything for granted, and will continue to do so, until all that is left is what is granted. In the words of another song writer (Mr. John Lennon) "the dream is over", and you "chika o", and the critical mass of delusional others, are, in part, to blame.....and you will, undoubtedly, live to regret what you have helped to empower.
