I think, and hope, this eminent doamin rights to China thing may just be a fabrication. They may have said something about it, but I doubt it was ever granted. Obama's popularity is slowly dropping and this would be something that would have everyone crying impeachment. I don't mean to sound pushy, but I think it'd be best if you put another section on the site for articles that aren't solidly confirmed, and add them to the latest news section if they are true.

100% vs. 50%-50% odds of success. Which do you prefer?

To inform the public that all we have to do is to see BHO's birth certificate is risky and dangerous. Public perception is precious and should not be squandered on risky side arguments like the birth certificate issue.

The odds that Barak Obama (BHO) had natural born allegiances to Kenya at the moment of his birth are 100%. BHO states in his autobiography that his natural father was from Kenya. This singular fact alone disqualifies him from ever occupying the office of POTUS. It is simple and undeniable. There is no argument. This is according to 230 years of legal precedent and US State Department rulings.

The odds that BHO was born in Hawaii are contentious and only 50%-50%. The issue is open to argument, fraud and corruption. This can become a bloody argument in a very literal way. No matter what the facts prove, people will argue about this as long as BHO wants to.

Besides, what if he WAS born in Hawaii? Then what? A new campaign to argue the idea of Natural Born allegiances after opening with the teetering birth certificate issue? I personally suspect he was born in Kenya but, I wouldn't stake my case on it nor would I risk loosing the public interest (media attention) on such a risk. Act as if you are hunting a dangerous predator where you must completely disable it with one shot. A wounded predator on whom you've made war will try to stalk and kill you.

ALWAYS LEAD WITH:
His father was a foreigner. He has a natural born allegiance to the land of his father. This condition means by definition that he cannot ever have a Natural Born allegiance exclusively to the USA. It means he can not legally command our US military. He was never a Natural Born Citizen of the USA and never will be. It's simple and easy to understand.

The case is already proved 100% without the risk of what's is concealed.

I can't believe the USURP is selling the US, right out from under the US citizens feet. Our lives are being played with like the board game Risk, who will be concurred first. I don't know about you, but I feel that there is now a credible lawsuit for all of us to find out if BHO can legally do this. If BHO is not a Natural Born Citizen, how can our country go on with this charade any longer and possibly lose or land and our freedom? Let every person you know, whoever they are, family, friends, etc. especially your Democratic friends that we as a Nation United will not let this happen.

I, for most of my adult life, have been guilty of taking for granted, what many of those who are posting have helped provide for the rest of us. I am speaking of our freedom. For that, I am ashamed. I am, however, now awake .....and I am fighting the good fight. What I find disturbing is that so many seemingly intelligent people refuse to really listen to, and absorb the magnitude of this issue. Sadly, this is true with many of my friends and family members.

I have sent my letters to the SCOTUS and my notes to my Congress person. I have received, in return, a generic scripted response, including:

"At this time, Congress in not considering any legislation addressing the birth certificate of President Obama. I will keep you views in mind should the U.S. House of Representatives consider legislation addressing this matter."

To me (rhetoric, however, can be broadly interpreted), this is a very safe response, because it does not discount the fact that this is recognized as a real issue. I emphatically agree with Patriot's earlier posting that we need to write our state and federal reps demanding action. We need to continue to encourage others to do so, as well. I will continue to push and continue to seek out those who will do the same. It is going to take a lot of straws to break this camel's back, but it can be done. Eventually, a critical mass of non-sheeple can be reached, and, action could be deemed warranted by those who are apparantly currently restrained from doing so. It is obvious that corruption runs deep, but, they cannot all be corrupt.

Time, however, is not on our side. This is sepsis to life as we know it. Irreparable damage is being incurred.

You do not inspire my confidence, however unlike others, I will never accuse you of not knowing what you're doing because I see you are quite intelligent, and know exactly what you're doing. But, how are you going to deal with the tsunami coming right at you in the form of court action demanding you reveal your credentials to be commander in chief? Where were you when you were 20? When I was 20, I was on a nuclear powered submarine, doing my part to protect this country. You, like that bugger Clinton never served in the military, so you don't know JACK about what it means to those of us who have! That's why it's giving me TMJ watching the impudent way you REFUSE to prove your eligibility. How would you like it if the military decides to turn its back on you? What would you do then, Mr. Commander in Chief? And, HOW DARE the treasonous courts tell us we have NO STANDING? Its about to get ugly, but you are the only one who can prevent that from happening. If you ARE eligible, prove the critics wrong. It should be very easy, and quick, and we can move on. On the other hand, if you are not, then get the hell OUT of MY Whitehouse- or better yet, get the hell out of MY COUNTRY!
