The next step (assuming court challenges fail) to end this Coup d'tat is for each state legislature to mandate that anyone placing their name on any presidential ballot be certified with indisputable proof that the candidate is a "Natural Born Citizen" of the USA and should give the opposing party the right to require State Department travel records and other government records to support a claim of Natural Born Citizen.

The proposed law should also require certificaton that the candidate completely fulfilled timely registration with the Selective Service. Failure to satisfy these requirement should void any write in votes as well, and should not allow votes cast for a non-certified candidate in an Electoral College vote.

If at least 5 key states enact this legislation this presidente will not seek a second term.
