    Hate? Stop making this about race, please. It's the same question that has been asked of McCain. Prove that you are a natural born citizen, born in the US by two US citizens. He has already failed in that he says he was British at birth. Not something the founding fathers would smile upon.

Is it possible, do you think, that there exists a "unit" within the U.S. intelligence services (any of them) that is tasked with the job of preventing an illegitimate "elected despot" from taking control of the government? Is this just a wild wish of a patriot?

    As a matter of fact it is the US military. We swore an oath: I, (name), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

    Please note which one comes first in this oath.

    Thats right the Constitution not the President.

go on the politico boards and read what the liberals are saying about the constitution and how the oath is tied to it...but the constitution is meaningless to them when it comes to his ineligibility.
You could take the smarts of all democrats, put it on the head of a pin and have room to spare.

I know being a Govt. employee. I had to file a form to do a back ground check for security purposes. It took almost a year to get that and it only allowed me to see confidential papers. This man will be seeing the highest of our military and Govt. secrets. Where is his back ground check? It states that if you falsify anything on the form it is punishable with jail time and fines. When this comes to a head, maybe they will keep a cell open at GITMO for him. He can serve out his time as pres. there if that makes a difference.

    If you are interested in looking at the type of form go to: www.opm.gov look at the forms section. I am not sure which form he might have used. I had to use a SF 86. He may have used this or a SF 85P. Read the bottom of the form were he would put his signature.
