I like Donald Trump.....He is a true American. He was the first guy to ask for a government bailout but he paid it all back and ahead of schedule. He has came from the bottom at Bankrupt to Prosperity. He would get us out of debt and set us back up as a world power!
He would do well to pick Col. Allen West as his VP for his military knowledge. I've heard West speak in person and he doesn't beat around the bush about what we need to do to regain our supremacy.

I like Ambassador John Bolton best - he is for a strong national defense, is a sovereignty protector with a healthy skepticism of the UN that tea party and some Ron Paul people will go for and I think his stand on gay marriage (he's for it) will make him attractive to young people. Bolton can unite the entire party.

The office of the presidency is too big and too important for the inexperience and narrowly focused idealism of untested political neophytes. Experience matters. Accomplishments matter. Character matters. A worldview based in Judeo-Christian truths, understanding who we are as Americans and why, clearly evident in both one's personal and public life is a must. A first hand working knowledge and actual experience in foreign affairs, national security and defense, economic, moral/cultural issues, and societal problems, all coupled with a full understanding of the human condition from the poorest to the wealthiest among us, is critical in being able to fulfill the duties of the President of the United States. We haven't had that in a president since Ronald Reagan. We haven't had anyone who fits this bill until Rick Santorum.
