From J. W. on January 20, 2008 at 10:02 pm. IP Logged, 70.59.233.x Report Abuse I can't imagine Fred endorsing McCain. If he did, it wouldn't change my mind. After McCain-Feingold, McCain-Kennedy, and the Gang of 14, I can't trust McCain ever again. I'm a lifelong resident of Arizona, a state overrun by illegal immigrants, some of whom commit despicable crimes and many of whom make our streets unsafe through drunk and reckless driving. McCain doesn't represent me now. Why would I think he'd represent me better as President? From katablog on January 20, 2008 at 9:55 pm. IP Logged, 69.76.193.x Report Abuse I will not vote for McCain. Period, end of sentence. I would rather write in a name or simply not vote, but I will not vote for McCain. I am surprised at how many Republicans so quickly forgot McCain Kennedy and what McCain tried to do to his fellow Americans in the name of "immigration reform". His actions show not that he "gets it" but that he will do what HE thinks is right, regardless of what the people he's paid to represent say. From JimH on January 20, 2008 at 9:42 pm. IP Logged, 71.244.61.x Report Abuse If I understand anything about Fred he would never endorse McCain, and if he did it would reveal something very negative and disconcerting about Fred. IP Logged, 68.98.225.x Report Abuse If would be hard for me to believe that Fred would side with McCain, because there are too many differences (and outright contradictions)between their beliefs. I would wonder about Fred's sincerity on where he stands. I just don't think he would side with McCain. From Linda on January 20, 2008 at 9:16 pm. IP Logged, 24.21.254.x Report Abuse I have great respect for Fred; however, if he endorses McCain, I will ask for my contributions back! McCain is like an abusive husband when the wife finally has had enough and leaves, he comes promising he "gets it" and won't do it again. I will never cast a vote for McCain! From Lee Carter on January 20, 2008 at 9:10 pm. IP Logged, 12.189.32.x Report Abuse I would not vote for McCain under any circumstances. The man is egotistical and very vindictive. He is honest and honorable only if you go by his definition. Give him credit for his bravery in captivity, but it doesn't entitle him to become President of the US. Don't worry about the damage he could do to the Republican party, worry about the damage he could do to America. From unclej on January 20, 2008 at 8:53 pm.
