I'd be real interested in finding out the answer to this question, because in my mind, the only rationale for Fred continuing is to keep siphoning off votes from Huckabee, as both Huckabee and McCain thought he did in SC. I'm just not sure that an internet poll like this means anything, because it seems that Fred's online support is vastly different from the mindset of those voting in the actual primaries. I think the same people that are overwhelmingly picking Romney in this poll are the same ones that were overwhelmingly picking Fred by overwhelming margins in the Hot Air and Michelle Malkin polls a couple weeks ago, and we simply don't seem to represent the voting public at large.
