I laughed so hard the first time we watched it that I cried. Honestly, I have never seen anything but the beginning of "It's A Wonderful Life" and then snippets of the rest here and there. Sad but true. (I've never seen "White Christmas", either!!) "Miracle on 34th Street" is good - I like the newer version and the original. " The Santa Clause" was really cute and I thoroughly enjoyed that movie when it came out. "Home Alone" was entertaining, too - even though I didn't see it until a few years after all the hype. I hate to say this, Catmommy, but I have never enjoyed watching "A Christmas Story". I don't exactly know why, but that movie never appealed to me, but most of my friends and my ex and current hubby like it.  From Amy on December 3, 2008 at 4:25 pm. My fave is "A Christmas Carol" 1951 version with Alistair Sim as Ebenezer Scrooge. I think of all the renditions this is the very best! From Holly on December 2, 2008 at 5:15 pm. My favorite is definitely A Muppet Christmas Carol! I've loved it since the first time I seen it! I also really like The Santa Clause, but I'm in lust with Tim Allen...LOL
