Why are there so many stupid conservatives out there who don't realize how conservative McCain is?
Oh, right, he's not a toady or a lackey for the Republican party, and he has friends on the other side of the aisle, that must make him a liberal, right?
If conservatives were smart, they'd realize that McCain is a conservative who is actually LIKED by moderates, and thus stands a really good chance of winning.
Of course, there's also a good chance he'll die of old age before his four years are up, but that's a different issue.
