First of all, WHEN did Giuliani return to "major candidate" status? He has 1 delegate, as does Duncan Hunter, and should drop out like Dunk wisely did. Ron Paul is the ideological heir to Reagan, a true states-rights proponent. He is not a libirtine, as some conservatives mistakenly assume, nor is he an anarchist. He just doesn't think we should make a federal case out of everything.
