There is a need state wide for more power. The CAISO is always saying that we are covered during peak emergency conditions, but this can only last so long. The Central Valley is growing, and the state is growing. There has to be a comprehensive solution for this forseable power shortage where we can accomodate the state growth, but in a responsible maner. We need to support these ideas of more local generation, and less power consumption.
