From Ed on April 29, 2008 at 10:32 am. Without arguing the merits of either of the previous comments I have a question. In the past large projects like this have really notserved the need/demand of the local area. they have been housed in smaller less populated areas with the results being sent to large metro areas like LA or San Francisco. Does anyone know if that is what is happening here?
