While Pacific Gas and Electric says the Central California Clean Energy Transmission Project is "green," the project is nevertheless environmentally destructive. It will devaste one of the most scenic foothill valleys in California if the 40-50 acre E2 Substation is built in Watts Valley. Neither of the alternate locations at Humphreys Station or Big Dry Creek is acceptable either. Moreover, the C3ET project is already negatively impacting the lives of at least 10,000 people along its proposed alternate routes. Just imagine how it would feel to have your property encumbered by the threat of this project. http://www.savethefoothills.org/
